The audit found that AIWikis already held useful summaries, UAIX internal-memory transfer evidence, and LlmWikis staged outcome evidence, but there was no single manifest proving that every original processed report and supporting intake artifact from the dated source-site archives had been copied into AIWikis raw long-memory.
