The reports agreed on the main problems: first-time onboarding was too dense, navigation was too source-internal, search was not visible enough, generated index/file routes could drift into stale 404s, and the site needed a clearer public explanation of its memory layers.

## Accepted Findings

- Add visible search and make it search the file-backed AIWikis route index.
- Make the header and footer route users to Start, Search, Topics, Sources, Files, Reports, Contact, and Browse.
- Rewrite Home and Start Here around task completion instead of long insider lists.
- Add a public memory-and-site-structure guide.
- Add breadcrumbs and contextual next-route links around Markdown-backed pages.
- Add legacy `/files/aiwikis/...` redirect recovery for stale hash routes.
- Preserve the audit files as long-memory evidence and move active intake back to zero.

## Deferred Or Bounded Findings

- CDN, HSTS, server-level cache headers, and production monitoring remain deployment/hosting tasks, not source edits in this repository.
