Accepted correction: UAIX Project Handoff guidance must not leave agents thinking that two small files, a separate memory folder, or scattered Markdown notes are enough.

Work recorded:

- UAIX wizard public copy, generated JavaScript, package templates, and regression assertions were corrected to default to `.uai/`.
- The local UAIX `.uai` suite now includes `memory.uai`, `short-term-memory.uai`, `long-term-memory.uai`, and `workspace-guidance.uai`.
- The workspace added `tools/Test-WorkspaceUaiGuidance.ps1` to require active sites to carry the local `.uai` suite and to fail on active `memory/` folder drift.
- The remaining stray `AIWikis/memory/2026-05-15.md` note was consolidated into AIWikis `.uai/short-term-memory.uai`, with durable Teleodynamic history left in the source-side wiki/raw archive.

Boundary: this is long-memory evidence for the guidance correction. UAIX.org remains the source authority, and this record does not prove live deployment.
