This log records the audit-driven improvement pass for AIWikis.org.

## Applied

- Added the `/search/` route and file-backed route-index search.
- Added visible header and footer search forms.
- Replaced the single Browser-only header fallback with Start, Search, Topics, Sources, Files, Reports, Contact, and Browse.
- Reworked the footer into utility, source-site, and search groups.
- Added breadcrumbs and contextual next-route links to Markdown-backed pages.
- Added legacy hash-route recovery for stale `/files/aiwikis/...` URLs.
- Rewrote Home and Start Here around task-oriented reading.
- Added the reviewed public AIWikis Memory and Site Structure (source-relative: ../../content/pages/067-aiwikis-memory-and-site-structure.md) page.
