# UAIX Active Context Diet
UAIX should keep routine handoff context small enough that a new agent can understand current work without rereading the whole project history.
AIWikis is the long-memory layer for large research notes, proposal text, old decision detail, and deep roadmap background. UAIX keeps the hot layer: current constraints, current public routes, current decisions, current blockers, current next work, and targeted verification policy.
## Hot Context Belongs In UAIX
Keep these short and loaded by default:
- `AGENTS.md` for operating instructions.
- `readme.human` for the human-facing briefing.
