# System Memory Archive
The System Memory Archive is AIWikis' role as the long-term LLM Wiki memory for processed UAIX.org, LlmWikis.org, and AIWikis.org source inputs.
## Current Policy
UAIX.org and LlmWikis.org still process dropped files through their own Agent File Handoff flow. Their active buckets remain local review gates, and their public sites keep their own authority boundaries. After a file has been reviewed, applied, deferred, blocked, or otherwise dispositioned, AIWikis can pull the archived source into `raw/system-archives/` and compile the long-term memory layer.
This makes AIWikis the working example of the LLM Wiki recommendation: raw sources stay immutable, wiki nodes preserve logic and contradiction, graph triples expose relationships, and public pages show safe summaries.
## Why This Exists
The previous model kept processed archive files near the project that first received them. That was good for local disposition, but it scattered the "less often needed depth" across multiple dead archive folders. The new model centralizes the deep memory in AIWikis after each source site finishes normal handling.
The architectural decision favors durable compiled state over future re-derivation. A future agent should not need to re-open UAIX, LlmWikis, and AIWikis archive folders to reconstruct how an SEO report, architecture draft, or source-policy note shaped the system. It can query AIWikis first, then dive into raw system archive files only when needed.
## What Moved First
The first transfer pulled:
- UAIX strategy, SEO, AI integration, protocol enhancement, and technical audit reports.
- LlmWikis schema, source policy, start page, operations, architecture, navigation, content refinement, contrast-theme, and logo source files.
- AIWikis relationship and deep cognitive archive intake files that appeared in both Content and Improvement buckets.
## Authority Boundary
AIWikis is an archive and implementation example, not a standards owner.
- UAIX.org remains canonical for UAI-1, validators, registries, schemas, roadmap, governance, and support boundaries.
- LlmWikis.org remains the handbook source for LLM Wiki patterns, starter templates, source policy, governance, metadata, and agent rules.
- AIWikis.org stores, summarizes, and demonstrates the archive memory while citing source-site authority.
## Modelling Insufficiency
> SYSTEM FLAG: Modelling insufficiency
>
> This is the first archive sweep. There is not yet an automated recurring pull, public import preview, deduplication dashboard, or human approval screen. Until those exist, each sweep should record a manifest, update wiki/log nodes, summarize public-safe content, and run targeted checks.

Why This File Exists
This is a LLM Wiki memory file from aiwikis.org. It is shown here because AIWikis.org is demonstrating the real source files that make the UAIX / LLM Wiki memory system work, not only summarizing those systems after the fact.
Role
This file belongs to the source-side wiki layer. It preserves a focused concept, source proxy, graph record, or operating rule so the public site can cite reviewed conclusions without flattening every reason into a single long page.
Structure
The file is structured around these visible headings: System Memory Archive; Current Policy; Why This Exists; What Moved First; Authority Boundary; Modelling Insufficiency; Related Nodes. Those headings are retrieval anchors: a crawler or LLM can decide whether the file is relevant before reading every line.
Prompt-Size And Retrieval Benefit
Keeping this material in a separate file reduces prompt pressure because an agent can load this exact unit only when its role, source site, category, or hash is relevant. The surrounding index pages point to it, while this page preserves the full content for audit and exact recall.
How To Use It
- Humans should read the metadata first, then inspect the raw content when they need exact wording or provenance.
- LLMs and agents should use the source site, category, hash, headings, and related files to decide whether this file belongs in the active prompt.
- Crawlers should treat the AIWikis page as transparent evidence and follow the source URL/source reference for authority boundaries.
- Future maintainers should regenerate this page whenever the source hash changes, then review the explanation if the role or structure changed.
Update Requirements
When this source file changes, update the raw source layer, normalized source layer, hash history, this rendered page, generated explanation, source-file inventory, changed-files report, and any source-section index that links to it.
