# Intake Outcome Ledger
The Intake Outcome Ledger is the user-visible feedback layer for AIWikis archive ingestion.
It exists because a file can be technically processed and still feel buried if there is no stable summary of what changed. The ledger closes that gap by recording the disposition, raw-memory path, public-safe summary, blocked or deferred claims, and exact page or node where future readers can inspect the result.
## Minimum Record
For each processed file, record:
- Original active intake path.
- Source archive path after disposition.
- AIWikis raw system archive path.
- SHA-256 hash and size.
- Human-readable disposition.
- Public-safe surfaces that absorbed the useful content.
- Claims blocked or deferred because support evidence does not exist.
- The public page or source-side wiki node where future readers should start.
- Whether source-site work stayed staged and therefore did not yet change public AIWikis pages.
## Relationship To System Memory
The ledger is not a replacement for the System Memory Archive. It is the status board on top of it.
The System Memory Archive answers where processed archive material lives. The Intake Outcome Ledger answers what happened to a specific dropped file and where the user can view the resulting documentation.
## Current Policy
AIWikis should update the ledger when a source-site archive consolidation, local intake disposition, or explicit source-site outcome-routing request produces durable memory. If the source file changes UAIX or LLMWikis public truth, the source site must still promote that change into source-controlled surfaces. AIWikis can preserve and summarize, but it does not become source-site authority.
## Boundaries
The ledger does not imply an automatic sync service. The current workflow is explicit, reviewed, file-native, and bounded by source-site authority.
> SYSTEM FLAG: Support boundary
>
> The ledger may name planned automation ideas only as future work. It must not imply hosted upload/import validation, automatic repository writes, queue-backed processing, SDK/CLI support, certification, endorsement, or conformance evidence.

Why This File Exists
This is a LLM Wiki memory file from aiwikis.org. It is shown here because AIWikis.org is demonstrating the real source files that make the UAIX / LLM Wiki memory system work, not only summarizing those systems after the fact.
Role
This file belongs to the source-side wiki layer. It preserves a focused concept, source proxy, graph record, or operating rule so the public site can cite reviewed conclusions without flattening every reason into a single long page.
Structure
The file is structured around these visible headings: Intake Outcome Ledger; Minimum Record; Relationship To System Memory; Current Policy; Boundaries; Related Nodes. Those headings are retrieval anchors: a crawler or LLM can decide whether the file is relevant before reading every line.
Prompt-Size And Retrieval Benefit
Keeping this material in a separate file reduces prompt pressure because an agent can load this exact unit only when its role, source site, category, or hash is relevant. The surrounding index pages point to it, while this page preserves the full content for audit and exact recall.
How To Use It
- Humans should read the metadata first, then inspect the raw content when they need exact wording or provenance.
- LLMs and agents should use the source site, category, hash, headings, and related files to decide whether this file belongs in the active prompt.
- Crawlers should treat the AIWikis page as transparent evidence and follow the source URL/source reference for authority boundaries.
- Future maintainers should regenerate this page whenever the source hash changes, then review the explanation if the role or structure changed.
Update Requirements
When this source file changes, update the raw source layer, normalized source layer, hash history, this rendered page, generated explanation, source-file inventory, changed-files report, and any source-section index that links to it.
