# Short-Term Memory
AIWikis.org local working memory belongs in this `.uai/` folder. Do not create a separate `memory/` folder or scattered Markdown notes for current project memory.
## Current Working Truth
- AIWikis.org is the shared long-memory destination for reviewed workspace source-site material, but each source site remains the authority for its own public claims, deployment state, and package behavior.
- Site-owned public memory routes must stay under that site's namespace, such as `/uaix/files/`, `/llmwikis/files/`, or `/darkmatterdrive/source-memory-guide/`. Global workspace and company-wide records belong under `/org/`.
- Organization-level docs and reports are legitimate first-class AIWikis memory. Do not collapse `/org/` into a narrow source-sync dump or remove organization-level reports merely because site-scoped report indexes exist. A subject can belong at both levels when the meaning differs: for example, Michael Kappel material can be organization-level context while a specific site carries its own implementation-specific view.
- Teleodynamic.com now has first-class AIWikis long-memory routing at `/teleodynamic/source-memory-guide/`. Treat Teleodynamic as source authority for theory, public claim boundaries, AI-agent handoff, active File Handoff state, and Talisman/fulcrum role framing; AIWikis only preserves reviewed retrieval memory and must not claim runtime Talisman enforcement, protected-anchor mutation authority, certification, AGI, consciousness, sentience, biological equivalence, credential validation, model training, deployment, or automatic sync.
- CategoryHierarchies.com now has first-class AIWikis long-memory routing at `/categoryhierarchies/source-memory-guide/`. Treat CategoryHierarchies as the ASP.NET/.NET source authority for code, hierarchy/search/crawler behavior, repositories, database contracts, tests, deployment evidence, and live route state; AIWikis preserves reviewed setup memory only.
- 2026-06-12 check-in: public `https://aiwikis.org/creativeexpansion/source-memory-guide/` returned HTTP 404 even though local source has `content/pages/086-creativeexpansion-source-memory-guide.md`, header/footer/home routing, and route metadata. Treat AIWikis CreativeExpansion source-guide publication as source-ready but not live-verified.
- 2026-06-12 check-in: public `https://creativeexpansion.net/creative-expansion.json` returned HTTP 200 but did not match local v1.0.4 source/dist and still contained old hyphenated lane wording. Keep local AIWikis prose to `creative expansion` while preserving URL slugs such as `/creative-expansion.json`.
- If a stray `memory/` folder or other mistakenly created memory path appears, review it immediately. Move current working facts into this file or another typed `.uai/*.uai` record, move durable reviewed facts into the appropriate source-side wiki node or raw archive manifest, then remove the confusing path when it is no longer needed.
## Migrated Legacy Memory
2026-05-26 cleanup:
- The leftover `AIWikis/memory/2026-05-15.md` note was consolidated here and removed from the live tree.
- Useful current fact: two Teleodynamic.com audit intake files accepted on 2026-05-15 were implemented in the Teleodynamic WordPress theme/root discovery files, unsupported claims were not promoted, and the evidence remains under `raw/system-archives/teleodynamic/2026-05-15-site-audit-improvements/`.
- Durable long-term records already exist in `wiki/teleodynamic-site-audit.md`, `wiki/teleodynamic-seo-and-trust-roadmap.md`, `wiki/teleodynamic-memory-architecture.md`, `wiki/review-queue/teleodynamic-site-audit-2026-05-15.md`, and `wiki/contradictions/teleodynamic-audit-platform-assumptions-2026-05-15.md`.
## Next Checks
- Keep `AGENTS.md`, `.uai/*.uai`, `wiki/`, `raw/system-archives/`, content pages, and route tests aligned when long-memory routing changes.
- Run the workspace `.uai` guidance test before production packaging.
## 2026-06-11 Teleodynamic Routing
- Added reviewed public Teleodynamic source-memory guide, source-side sub-wiki index, concept node, and setup log.
- Updated AIWikis home, Start Here, site directory, header/footer navigation, browser registry, coverage matrix, claim boundary register, source instructions, and local `.uai` pointers.
- Source state only: no AIWikis package build, upload, live deployment, or production route verification happened in this pass.
## 2026-06-12 CreativeExpansion Routing
- Added reviewed public CreativeExpansion source-memory guide, source-side sub-wiki index, concept node, and setup log.
- Updated AIWikis home, Start Here, site directory, header/footer navigation, browser registry, coverage matrix, claim boundary register, source instructions, and local `.uai` pointers.
- Source state only: no AIWikis package build, upload, live deployment, or production route verification happened in this pass.
- 2026-06-12 all-check-in follow-up repaired local human-facing hyphenated lane wording to `bounded creative expansion` in active AIWikis source/public surfaces, recorded the live AIWikis source-guide 404, and kept package/publication status source-only.
- 2026-06-12 v3.94.0 package-ready outcome: AIWikis.org was built with Teleodynamic.com from canonical `[local path redacted]` after the workspace coordinator moved to v3.94.0. The package includes CreativeExpansion source-memory routing in the home page, header/footer navigation, cross-site atlas, source guide, wiki index, and claim-boundary/coverage surfaces. `tools/smoke-test.ps1` now reads the workspace coordinator version by default instead of hardcoding v3.16.0. Build output is package-ready under `[local path redacted]`; no live upload or public `/creativeexpansion/source-memory-guide/` verification happened.
## 2026-06-22 CategoryHierarchies Routing
- Added local CategoryHierarchies `.uai` short-term memory, file-handoff guidance, long-term pointer, intake index, active `Content` and `Improvement` buckets, and `LLM_WIKI_MEMORY_PLAN.md` at `[local path redacted]`.
- Added deep CategoryHierarchies `.uai` memory for project context, stack, architecture, coding standards, tests, constraints, operations, progress, and durable decisions after reviewing docs, project READMEs, startup composition, controller/facade/repository patterns, and testing records.
- Updated CategoryHierarchies `AGENTS.md` so future agents use `.uai` for active memory and AIWikis/wiki for reviewed durable memory.
- Added reviewed public CategoryHierarchies source-memory guide, source-side sub-wiki index, concept node, and setup log.
- Updated AIWikis home, header/footer navigation, site directory configuration, source grouping, coverage matrix, claim boundary register, atlas, AGENTS instructions, and local `.uai` pointers.
- Human noted NeuroWikis.com can be an experimental direct-connect wiki option, but live public guidance separates NeuroWikis.com as the human-facing explanation side and NeuralWikis.com as the agent-facing exchange/API side. The old local NeuroWikis source tree is stale and must not be used. AIWikis remains the selected long-memory destination for this package pass unless the human explicitly switches lanes and confirms the direct endpoint.
- Source state only until package build completes; no live AIWikis.org upload, CategoryHierarchies.com deployment, route-health verification, runtime verification, database verification, or production publication is claimed.
- 2026-06-13 source-site Archive retirement: active workspace `agent-file-handoff/Archive/` folders were preserved into AIWikis raw system archives with 23 manifests and 503 total files, then removed from source sites. Remaining `agent-file-handoff/Archive` paths are raw preservation evidence or package/publish artifacts, not active source-site intake.
<!-- BEGIN WORKSPACE-UAI-MEMORY-RULE -->
## Workspace .uai Memory Rule
This record is part of the canonical local `.uai/` suite. Do not create a separate memory directory, wiki folder, or scattered Markdown notes for default project memory.
If legacy or mistakenly created memory exists, review it before broad work. Move current working facts into `.uai/short-term-memory.uai` or the correct typed `.uai/*.uai` record, preserve durable reviewed facts in the long-term wiki/AIWikis namespace or `.uai/archives/` evidence, document what moved, then remove or clearly retire the confusing path.
<!-- END WORKSPACE-UAI-MEMORY-RULE -->
2026-06-13 Talisman routing correction: .uai/talisman-ecosystem-routing.uai records that UAIX.org owns the official uaix-talisman-client and uaix-talisman-ecosystem-manager specs/guidance/docs/tooling; Teleodynamic.com is this ecosystem's Talisman and philosophical fulcrum that clients should point at; UAIX installs are development/dogfood only; dogfood findings flow back to UAIX tooling and, when philosophical or claim-boundary assumptions are affected, to Teleodynamic theory/public guidance review. Protected anchors remain exact-authorization-only.
2026-06-13 AIWikis org/site report-index correction: generated public memory now preserves `/org/reports/` for organization-level docs, reports, shared operations, people/context, governance, provenance, and cross-site material while adding site-owned report/evidence crawl indexes at `/aiwikis/reports/`, `/uaix/reports/`, `/llmwikis/reports/`, `/protocol5/reports/`, and `/justaniota/reports/`. The distinction is scope, not importance: org-level memory is allowed, and site-level memory prevents sibling-site context bleed.
2026-06-13 follow-up clarification: root `[local path redacted]` and `AIWikis/AGENTS.md` now state the same scoped route rule explicitly. Organization-wide memory under `/org/...` is valid for docs, reports, people/context records such as Michael Kappel, governance, provenance, shared operations, and cross-site material. Ambiguous root indexes such as `/reports/` remain invalid because they lack scope.
Why This File Exists
This is a UAI AI Memory handoff file from aiwikis.org. It is shown here because AIWikis.org is demonstrating the real source files that make the UAIX / LLM Wiki memory system work, not only summarizing those systems after the fact.
Role
This .uai file is a compact short-term-memory packet. It keeps one kind of durable project truth separate from the rest of the archive so an agent can load the topic it needs without pulling the whole project history into prompt context.
Structure
The file is structured around these visible headings: Short-Term Memory; Current Working Truth; Migrated Legacy Memory; Next Checks; 2026-06-11 Teleodynamic Routing; 2026-06-12 CreativeExpansion Routing; 2026-06-22 CategoryHierarchies Routing; Workspace .uai Memory Rule. Those headings are retrieval anchors: a crawler or LLM can decide whether the file is relevant before reading every line.
Prompt-Size And Retrieval Benefit
Keeping this material in a separate file reduces prompt pressure because an agent can load this exact unit only when its role, source site, category, or hash is relevant. The surrounding index pages point to it, while this page preserves the full content for audit and exact recall.
How To Use It
- Humans should read the metadata first, then inspect the raw content when they need exact wording or provenance.
- LLMs and agents should use the source site, category, hash, headings, and related files to decide whether this file belongs in the active prompt.
- Crawlers should treat the AIWikis page as transparent evidence and follow the source URL/source reference for authority boundaries.
- Future maintainers should regenerate this page whenever the source hash changes, then review the explanation if the role or structure changed.
Update Requirements
When this source file changes, update the raw source layer, normalized source layer, hash history, this rendered page, generated explanation, source-file inventory, changed-files report, and any source-section index that links to it.
