# 2IX.org Project Handoff

This folder captures the current implementation state for future agents and developers.

## What Changed

- Created the custom `2ix` block theme in `wp-content/themes/2ix`.
- Activated the theme and configured a static homepage.
- Created the main site pages for handoff, registry, AI wiki, and about content.
- Integrated Participants Database as the contributor/partner registry.
- Added a Studio runtime MU plugin to fix the Participants Database session save path warning shown in wp-admin.
- Added repeatable setup and verification scripts in `tools/`.
- Repaired the UAI intake mismatch where active `Improvement` files were not reflected in `.uai` memory.
- Promoted volunteer matching, bulletin-board, audit, and operations-hub critique documents into `.uai/long-term-memory.uai`.
- Preserved handled source documents in this archive folder so active intake buckets can return to `.gitkeep` only.

- Public presentation lives in `wp-content/themes/2ix`.
- Studio compatibility fixes live in `wp-content/mu-plugins/2ix-studio-runtime.php`.

- Keep file/project handoff packages in UAIX workflows.
- Keep long-term project memory in the AIWikis/LLM Wiki layer.
