# DMCA Workflow
AIWikis.org responds to good-faith copyright complaints about public pages, source evidence records, previews, or package references.
Send a notice through the public contact route with the copyrighted work, the AIWikis URL at issue, your contact information, a statement of good-faith belief that use is not authorized, and a statement that the notice is accurate and submitted by the owner or an authorized agent.
After review, AIWikis may remove, redact, noindex, replace, or annotate the affected material while preserving an internal evidence record of the action. Counter-notices or correction requests should include the affected URL, the reason the material was removed in error or is authorized, and contact information for follow-up.
## Notice Requirements
A useful notice should identify the copyrighted work, identify the exact AIWikis URL or route, explain what material is claimed to infringe, provide a way to contact the complaining party, and include a good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized by the owner, the owner's agent, or law. It should also state that the information is accurate and that the sender is authorized to act for the owner.
Please avoid sending passwords, private keys, unpublished personal records, or unrelated confidential information in a notice. If sensitive context is required, describe it narrowly and ask for a safer exchange path.
## Review Outcomes
AIWikis may temporarily remove or noindex material while reviewing a complaint. The final outcome may be a takedown, a redaction, a replacement summary, a source-status warning, a canonical-link correction, or restoration if the complaint is withdrawn or the material is determined to be authorized.
Because AIWikis preserves source memory, a public takedown does not always mean every internal audit reference is deleted. Internal records may be retained to document what changed, why it changed, and how future publication should avoid the same issue. Those internal records must remain outside public discovery unless separately reviewed.
Repeat or bad-faith misuse of the complaint workflow may be ignored, rate-limited, or referred for additional review.
Why This File Exists
This is a public content source file from aiwikis.org. It is shown here because AIWikis.org is demonstrating the real source files that make the UAIX / LLM Wiki memory system work, not only summarizing those systems after the fact.
Role
This file is a focused source unit. Its path, headings, and metadata give an agent a retrieval handle that is smaller than loading the entire site or repository.
Structure
The file is structured around these visible headings: DMCA Workflow; Notice Requirements; Review Outcomes. Those headings are retrieval anchors: a crawler or LLM can decide whether the file is relevant before reading every line.
Prompt-Size And Retrieval Benefit
Keeping this material in a separate file reduces prompt pressure because an agent can load this exact unit only when its role, source site, category, or hash is relevant. The surrounding index pages point to it, while this page preserves the full content for audit and exact recall.
How To Use It
- Humans should read the metadata first, then inspect the raw content when they need exact wording or provenance.
- LLMs and agents should use the source site, category, hash, headings, and related files to decide whether this file belongs in the active prompt.
- Crawlers should treat the AIWikis page as transparent evidence and follow the source URL/source reference for authority boundaries.
- Future maintainers should regenerate this page whenever the source hash changes, then review the explanation if the role or structure changed.
Update Requirements
When this source file changes, update the raw source layer, normalized source layer, hash history, this rendered page, generated explanation, source-file inventory, changed-files report, and any source-section index that links to it.
