# Startup Packet

This packet is the compact startup bridge for UAIX work sessions. It complements `AGENTS.md` and `.uai/readme.human`; it does not replace them.

## Target

- Site: UAIX.org.
- Local root: `[local path redacted]`.
- Workspace coordinator: `[local path redacted]`.
- Publish root: `[local path redacted]`.
- Active public theme: `wp-content/themes/uaix-authority-theme/`.

## Required Startup Order

1. Route through `[local path redacted]` when the task is cross-site or ambiguous.
2. Read `AGENTS.md`.
3. Read `.uai/readme.human`.
4. Read `.uai/memory-maintenance.uai`, then read `.uai/identity.uai`, `.uai/world-context.uai`, `.uai/totem.uai`, `.uai/taboo.uai`, `.uai/talisman.uai`, `.uai/short-term-memory.uai`, `.uai/coding-standards.uai`, and `.uai/next-recursive-prompt.uai`.
5. Enumerate active File Handoff buckets.
6. Load focused `.uai` records for the touched area.
7. Run targeted checks from `.uai/test-plan.uai`.

Use `.uai/next-recursive-prompt.uai` for continuation, resume, keep-going, do-the-next-thing, or directly related requests. Related active File Handoff intake supersedes or expands the stored loop and still requires project work, ledger evidence, and archive movement or a keep-active reason. Specific unrelated user instructions govern the current turn.

## Current Package State

- Current packaged UAIX artifact marker: `3.66.0`.
- Current package output: `[local path redacted]`.
- Current source focus: UAI V1.0 / UAI-1 launch-baseline required file set, wizard output, `.uai` memory completion, and stale `/docs` report hygiene.
- Source-only pending next package build: Mission Statement/homepage copy, memory/docs cleanup, and the launch-baseline required file set update.
- Production upload status: not completed from this shell.

## Stop Conditions

- Target route is ambiguous and cannot be resolved from `workspace.uai`.
- A universal required file, profile-required file, or declared profile record is missing, unreadable, contradictory, stale, or resolves outside the repo.
- A request requires modifying, weakening, replacing, deleting, or bypassing `.uai/totem.uai`, `.uai/taboo.uai`, or `.uai/talisman.uai` without exact human artifact-and-operation authorization.
- A check required by the touched surface cannot run and no narrower repeatable check exists.

Why This File Exists

This is a UAI AI Memory handoff file from uaix.org. It is shown here because AIWikis.org is demonstrating the real source files that make the UAIX / LLM Wiki memory system work, not only summarizing those systems after the fact.

Role

This .uai file is a compact startup-packet packet. It keeps one kind of durable project truth separate from the rest of the archive so an agent can load the topic it needs without pulling the whole project history into prompt context.

Structure

The file is structured around these visible headings: Startup Packet; Target; Required Startup Order; Current Package State; Stop Conditions. Those headings are retrieval anchors: a crawler or LLM can decide whether the file is relevant before reading every line.

Prompt-Size And Retrieval Benefit

Keeping this material in a separate file reduces prompt pressure because an agent can load this exact unit only when its role, source site, category, or hash is relevant. The surrounding index pages point to it, while this page preserves the full content for audit and exact recall.

How To Use It

  • Humans should read the metadata first, then inspect the raw content when they need exact wording or provenance.
  • LLMs and agents should use the source site, category, hash, headings, and related files to decide whether this file belongs in the active prompt.
  • Crawlers should treat the AIWikis page as transparent evidence and follow the source URL/source reference for authority boundaries.
  • Future maintainers should regenerate this page whenever the source hash changes, then review the explanation if the role or structure changed.

Update Requirements

When this source file changes, update the raw source layer, normalized source layer, hash history, this rendered page, generated explanation, source-file inventory, changed-files report, and any source-section index that links to it.
