## Implemented

- Hardened `uai.error.v1` schema/example around RFC 9457-style problem details and required UAIX extension fields.
- Expanded `error-registry.json` with the normative problem-detail contract, all required platform problem categories, retry/evidence rules, and example problem bodies for each category.
- Expanded `conformance-levels.json` with L0-L5 V1 conformance model details, advertising rules, declaration schema/examples, checklist coverage, and conformance test vectors.
- Hardened `uaix.startup-packet.v1` around identity lifecycle, token custody, text-first discovery bootstrap, safe harbor, and UTC requirements.
- Hardened `uaix.suspension-packet.v1` around network obstruction taxonomy, bounded retry, evidence packets, and human escalation.
- Updated field registry and generation script field order for the new startup, suspension, and error fields.
- Added `/.well-known/openapi.json` and exposed it through the root discovery asset map, route manifest, sitemaps, static checks, and well-known manifests.
- Updated discovery manifests, `llms.txt`, `llms-full.txt`, static OpenAPI fallback, UAI-1/API human support panels, and transport-binding guidance to reflect no-JavaScript discovery, problem details, safe harbor, namespace, webhook, replay, and signature boundaries.
- Updated UAIX REST controller public failures to return `application/problem+json` for route lookup failures, malformed public POST bodies, payload-size guard failures, rate limits, and unpublished mock scenarios.
- Updated tests to guard the new static OpenAPI discovery, problem-detail categories/examples, conformance declaration model, checklists, and test vectors.

## Boundaries

- UAIX remains a standards, schema, discovery, evidence, and handoff publication surface. Runtimes execute elsewhere.
- No hosted runtime execution, hosted validation/import, automatic repository write, automatic memory promotion, credential validation, certification, endorsement, SDK, CLI, official adapter, or safety proof was added.
- `.uai/totem.uai`, `.uai/taboo.uai`, `.uai/short-term-memory.uai`, and `.uai/coding-standards.uai` remain required local package files for every AI Memory / Project Handoff configuration, not UAI-1 transport-envelope fields.

- `scripts/test-uaix-standards-release-assets.ps1` passed with defaults aligned to current package version `3.63.0` and registry release date `2026-06-04`.
- PHP syntax checks were blocked because `php` is not on PATH.
- Handoff lint initially failed because this intake source was still active; rerun after archive movement.
