## Current-State Correction

This report captured a fast-moving April 2026 snapshot. Current project truth has moved forward: UAI-1 now publishes six profiles, API Reference, Adoption Kit, Conformance Pack, OpenAPI, live mock exchange, expanded governance child pages, and richer operating registries for field order, transport, trust, errors, and conformance.

Use the report for durable institutional signals, especially trust infrastructure before growth infrastructure. Do not use its older counts, missing-page claims, or route observations as current launch truth.
