# Protocol5 Human Briefing
Protocol5.com is the parent public brand for two sibling areas:
- Mathematics: exact arithmetic, variable-base tools, Radix 63404, and preserved generated Prime/Fibonacci references.
- UAI-1 for .NET: the official Protocol5 implementation hub for .NET developers integrating with UAI.
Public Protocol5 copy must not place `UAI` directly beside `.NET` as `UAI .NET`, `UAI.NET`, or `UAI-1 .NET`; use `UAI-1 for .NET` or just `UAI-1`.
UAIX.org is the normative UAI authority for standards, schemas, validator behavior, registry, governance, roadmap, changelog, and conformance. Protocol5 should link there instead of duplicating or outranking those records.
The Prime and Fibonacci route families are frozen generated references. Do not edit anything under `Protocol5.com/SiteContent/Prime/**` or `Protocol5.com/SiteContent/Fibonacci/**`; create nearby wrapper, overview, or compatibility pages elsewhere.
Active Protocol5.com browser UI should use Protocol5-owned CSS, TypeScript, and components. Do not add or serve jQuery, Bootstrap, or broad third-party frontend UI frameworks on active Protocol5 surfaces; only approved 3D/rendering frameworks are allowed for real 3D or immersive visual work.
This repository now dogfoods a UAI AI Memory starter bundle. Read `AGENTS.md`, this file, `UAI_MEMORY_STARTUP_PACKET.md`, and the `.uai/` files before broad Protocol5.com work. AIWikis.org is the optional LLM Wiki for digested long memory about Protocol5, but the repo remains the source of truth for implementation work.
Cross-site affected-version ZIP naming does not apply to Protocol5's .NET deployment path. Do not rename or bump .NET/NuGet/staged publish artifacts just because the WordPress sites use versioned upload ZIPs. Protocol5.com should still expose, at the bottom/footer of the public site when that footer work is implemented, the last system-wide version that affected Protocol5.com rather than the latest unrelated global version.
Loose handoff files belong in `agent-file-handoff/Content/` or `agent-file-handoff/Improvement/`. The next broad AI session should refresh `.uai/intake-index.uai`, summarize every pending item, and disposition it before unrelated edits. If the prompt names an intake bucket, says files were missed, or likely relates to active drops, refresh live intake again and pull safe related files into the current work instead of only routing them into memory.
Why This File Exists
This is a UAI AI Memory handoff file from protocol5.com. It is shown here because AIWikis.org is demonstrating the real source files that make the UAIX / LLM Wiki memory system work, not only summarizing those systems after the fact.
Role
readme.human is the human-facing companion to the agent entry file. It gives maintainers a plain-language briefing while leaving hard rules in AGENTS.md, constraints, and current human instructions.
Structure
The file is structured around these visible headings: Protocol5 Human Briefing. Those headings are retrieval anchors: a crawler or LLM can decide whether the file is relevant before reading every line.
Prompt-Size And Retrieval Benefit
Keeping this material in a separate file reduces prompt pressure because an agent can load this exact unit only when its role, source site, category, or hash is relevant. The surrounding index pages point to it, while this page preserves the full content for audit and exact recall.
How To Use It
- Humans should read the metadata first, then inspect the raw content when they need exact wording or provenance.
- LLMs and agents should use the source site, category, hash, headings, and related files to decide whether this file belongs in the active prompt.
- Crawlers should treat the AIWikis page as transparent evidence and follow the source URL/source reference for authority boundaries.
- Future maintainers should regenerate this page whenever the source hash changes, then review the explanation if the role or structure changed.
Update Requirements
When this source file changes, update the raw source layer, normalized source layer, hash history, this rendered page, generated explanation, source-file inventory, changed-files report, and any source-section index that links to it.
