Agent Rules

Publication Warning Noindex draft: public completeness threshold not met as of 2026-05-15.

AI agents should treat AIWikis.org as a governed source map, not a pile of text to rewrite.

For the fuller agent-maintained knowledge model, read Autonomous Wiki Custodian. For slower reasoning memory, read Deep Cognitive Archive.

Before Answering Or Editing

  1. Read README, INDEX, source map, trust model, and safety boundaries when available.
  2. Use the smallest useful page set.
  3. Cite source records for important claims.
  4. Preserve uncertainty, open questions, and contradictions.
  5. Do not treat drafts, examples, proposals, or external references as approved policy.
  6. Do not add secrets, credentials, private keys, raw customer data, regulated data, or private chat logs.
  7. Stop for human approval before changing policy, security, privacy, legal, production, architecture, or sensitive content.

When Updating

  • Keep source attribution.
  • Keep public pages, compact .uai handoff state, and source-side deep archive memory in their own layers.
  • When a recommendation says reviewed wiki memory should feed a Project Handoff packet, run the export loop and check its manifest instead of assuming the .uai files are current.
  • Update changelog and recommendation-adjustment notes when recommendations change.
  • Mark unresolved source conflicts as open questions.
  • Do not silently rewrite recommendations just because they were inconvenient.

Next Useful Routes

  • Start Here A task-first reading path for AIWikis.org, separating newcomer learning, source-memory lookup, maintainer workflow, and AI-agent retrieval.
  • Topic Index A tag-oriented index for LLM Wiki, AI memory, UAI, source governance, crawling, and retrieval topics.
  • Source Map AIWikis source-governed page for durable AI memory, evidence routing, and agent-readable retrieval.
  • Organization Memory Global organization namespace for shared AIWikis guidance and cross-site operating rules.
