GGUF.MiRust.com is the source site for an enterprise Rust mini-browser, browser-based AI harness, and future GGUF model workflow. The current source state is a scaffold, not a runtime implementation.

Current 2026-06-24 Outcome And Status

The setup pass created a source-only scaffold and memory baseline:

• Created the canonical Rust project root in the local GGUF.MiRust.com source workspace.
• Added a Rust workspace with core, browser harness, CLI, and Axum site crates.
• Added local .uai Project Handoff files, including File Handoff setup, architecture, coding standards, startup packet, and a pointer-only long-term memory ledger.
• Added active Agent File Handoff buckets at agent-file-handoff/Content/ and agent-file-handoff/Improvement/; no source-site Archive bucket is part of the default setup.
• Added local LLM Wiki source files under wiki/gguf-mirust/ and raw evidence manifest stubs under raw/gguf-mirust/.
• Routed public durable memory to AIWikis under /gguf-mirust/.
• Added site-scoped /gguf-mirust/files/ and /gguf-mirust/reports/ indexes so the AIWikis route guard recognizes the namespace as intentional.
• Recorded setup dogfood findings for UAIX and LLMWikis: new AIWikis namespaces need a site-directory/front-page route, source-memory guide, and planned-publication state before being treated as discoverable.
