Intake Outcome Ledger
The Intake Outcome Ledger records what happened after a dropped file was digested.
A useful file-handoff flow should let the person who dropped the file answer five questions:
- What was read?
- What changed?
- What was deferred or blocked?
- Where did the raw file go?
- Where can I view the reviewed change documentation?
AIWikis.org uses this page as the public-safe answer. Raw archive files remain source-side under raw/system-archives/; this page gives a reviewed summary and points to the compiled wiki memory that future agents should load first.
Latest LlmWikis Follow-Up Site Review Intake
On 2026-05-15, after the strict-constraint batch, LLMWikis.org processed two additional active Improvement reports about AIWikis/LLMWikis site experience, canonical discovery, and short legacy route compatibility.
| Source Set | What Happened | Where To View |
|---|---|---|
| Two LlmWikis follow-up site-review reports | Preserved the originals in AIWikis raw memory, recorded SHA-256 hashes and apply-now dispositions, and moved the source files to the LlmWikis Archive after processing. | raw/system-archives/llmwikis/2026-05-15-followup-site-review/MANIFEST.json, raw/system-archives/llmwikis/2026-05-15-followup-site-review/, and wiki/sources/llmwikis-followup-site-review-2026-05-15.md. |
| Accepted route-hygiene work | Added LlmWikis redirects for /start/, /metadata/, /trust/, /repair/, and /starter/, while public-surface tests keep those aliases out of canonical navigation, llms.txt, and sitemap.xml. | wiki/logs/llmwikis-followup-site-review-2026-05-15.md. |
This intake does not prove live deployment and does not make review-report claims handbook authority. LLMWikis.org remains the handbook source; AIWikis preserves evidence and route-governance memory.
Latest LlmWikis Strict Constraint And Shared-Wiki Topology Intake
On 2026-05-15, LLMWikis.org processed five active Improvement reports about strict programmatic constraints, setup wizard behavior, public trust labels, governance, and shared-company wiki topology.
| Source Set | What Happened | Where To View |
|---|---|---|
| Five LlmWikis diagnostic and Improvement reports | Preserved the originals in AIWikis raw memory, recorded SHA-256 hashes and apply-now dispositions, and moved the source files to the LlmWikis Archive after processing. | raw/system-archives/llmwikis/2026-05-15-strict-constraint-overhaul/MANIFEST.json, raw/system-archives/llmwikis/2026-05-15-strict-constraint-overhaul/, and wiki/sources/llmwikis-strict-constraint-overhaul-2026-05-15.md. |
| Accepted source-site constraint work | Converted the reports into LlmWikis source changes: topology-scoped preflight config, root-relative llms.txt route validation, concrete multisite namespaces in agent schemas, visible trust-card fallback, hot-memory updates, and active-intake cleanup. | wiki/concepts/llmwikis-shared-wiki-namespace-topology.md and wiki/logs/llmwikis-strict-constraint-overhaul-2026-05-15.md. |
| Shared-wiki governance lesson | Recorded that company-wide memory belongs in wiki/global/, while most site-specific memory belongs in wiki/{Site}/ branches so agents can avoid full-tree scans and taxonomy noise. | LLMWikis.org Source Memory Guide. |
This intake does not make AIWikis the LLMWikis handbook source, does not prove production deployment, and does not create hosted ingestion, automatic publication, certification, SDK, CLI, or managed-service support.
Latest AIWikis Structure And Memory Improvement Intake
On 2026-05-15, AIWikis.org reviewed three active Improvement reports about public information architecture, search, SEO hygiene, onboarding density, and agentic navigation.
| Source Set | What Happened | Where To View |
|---|---|---|
| Three AIWikis audit reports | Preserved the originals in AIWikis raw memory, recorded SHA-256 hashes and dispositions, and converted accepted findings into visible site-structure and memory improvements. | raw/system-archives/2026-05-15-aiwikis-ia-memory-site-structure-improvement.json, raw/system-archives/aiwikis/site-structure-improvement/2026-05-15/agent-file-handoff/Improvement/, and wiki/sources/aiwikis-ia-memory-audit-2026-05-15.md. |
| Accepted public-site changes | Added /search/, task-first header/footer navigation, breadcrumbs, contextual next-route links, legacy hash-route recovery, rewritten Home and Start Here pages, and a public memory-structure guide. | AIWikis Memory and Site Structure, Information Architecture and Search Guide, and wiki/logs/aiwikis-site-structure-improvement-2026-05-15.md. |
| Deferred hosting/live checks | Server headers, CDN/cache configuration, live Search Console cleanup, Core Web Vitals, and production monitoring remain deployment or hosting work rather than source edits. | Roadmap. |
This pass improves AIWikis.org only. It does not make AIWikis the source authority for UAIX.org, LLMWikis.org, Protocol5.com, JustAnIota.com, or sibling sites, and it does not create hosted validation, automatic publication, certification, SDK, CLI, live deployment, or production monitoring.
Latest JustAnIota Universal Semantics And Concept Retrieval Intake
On 2026-05-14, JustAnIota.com processed eleven active Content and Improvement files about language-agnostic embeddings, translation averaging, semantic universals, ISO/Unicode boundaries, and concept retrieval for the IOTA-1 proof surface.
| Source Set | What Happened | Where To View |
|---|---|---|
| Eleven JustAnIota universal-semantics and concept-retrieval files | Preserved all eleven originals in AIWikis raw memory, recorded SHA-256 hashes and dispositions, and moved the source files through JustAnIota File Handoff after processing. | raw/system-archives/2026-05-14-justaniota-universal-semantics-concept-retrieval-intake.json, raw/system-archives/justaniota/intake-processing/2026-05-14-universal-semantics-and-concept-retrieval/agent-file-handoff/, and JustAnIota Universal Semantics And Concept Retrieval Intake. |
| Accepted external documentation slice | Converted the reports into source-site work: a concept retrieval strategy route, expanded universal semantic representations guidance, retrieval/centroid evidence fields, updated schemas and fixtures, discovery metadata, sitemaps, and roadmap notes. | wiki/sources/justaniota-universal-semantics-concept-retrieval-2026-05-14.md, wiki/concepts/justaniota-universal-semantics-concept-retrieval.md, and wiki/logs/justaniota-universal-semantics-concept-retrieval-2026-05-14.md. |
| Duplicate/out-of-scope routing | Neurokinetic site-strategy reports in the JustAnIota Improvement bucket were identical to Neurokinetic active Improvement files and were archived without promotion as JustAnIota public truth. | raw/system-archives/2026-05-14-justaniota-universal-semantics-concept-retrieval-intake.json. |
This intake does not make AIWikis the JustAnIota source authority, does not prove production deployment, and does not create exact translation, solved universal semantics, public PUA assignment, vector-service deployment, certification, SDK, CLI, hosted validation, or UAI-1 authority support. UAIX.org remains the UAI-1 authority.
Latest JustAnIota Semantic Interlingua Proof Surface Intake
On 2026-05-13, JustAnIota.com processed eight active Improvement reports about language-agnostic embeddings, semantic interlingua architecture, vector quantization, concept registries, and robust IOTA-aligned testing.
| Source Set | What Happened | Where To View |
|---|---|---|
| Eight JustAnIota semantic-interlingua reports | Preserved all eight originals in AIWikis raw memory, recorded SHA-256 hashes and dispositions, and moved the source files through JustAnIota File Handoff after processing. | raw/system-archives/2026-05-13-justaniota-semantic-interlingua-proof-surface-intake.json, raw/system-archives/justaniota/intake-processing/2026-05-13-semantic-interlingua-proof-surface/agent-file-handoff/Improvement/, and JustAnIota Semantic Interlingua Proof Surface Intake. |
| Accepted proof-surface slice | Confirmed source-site work in the must-use proof-surface plugin, REST aliases, seeded pages, schemas, fixtures, handoff test manifest, and dependency-free fixture smoke test. | wiki/sources/justaniota-semantic-interlingua-proof-surface-2026-05-13.md, wiki/concepts/justaniota-semantic-interlingua-proof-surface.md, and wiki/logs/justaniota-semantic-interlingua-proof-surface-2026-05-13.md. |
| Workflow defect | The proof surface was added, but canonical hot memory and intake refresh were blocked by Windows ACLs on existing administrator-owned JustAnIota files. | JustAnIota .uai/progress-2026-05-13-semantic-interlingua-intake.uai and ACL-CLEANUP-BLOCKER-2026-05-13.md. |
This intake does not make AIWikis the JustAnIota source authority, does not prove production deployment, and does not create exact translation, solved universal semantics, public PUA assignment, vector-service deployment, certification, SDK, CLI, or UAI-1 authority support. UAIX.org remains the UAI-1 authority.
Latest Cross-Site Recent Report Memory Completion
On 2026-05-08, AIWikis checked recent source-site handoff/report files from 2026-05-07 through 2026-05-08 against raw long-term memory by SHA-256 hash.
| Source Set | What Happened | Where To View |
|---|---|---|
| Claim boundary | Treated raw reports as preserved source-side evidence, not public truth, source authority transfer, deployment proof, certification evidence, or support commitments. | wiki/logs/recent-report-memory-completion-2026-05-08.md. |
Latest Symbiokinetic Knowledgebase Content Intake
On 2026-05-08, Symbiokinetic.com had four active Content reports that had informed source-site knowledgebase work but were still sitting in agent-file-handoff/Content/.
| Source Set | What Happened | Where To View |
|---|---|---|
| Four Symbiokinetic Content reports | Preserved all four originals in AIWikis raw memory, recorded SHA-256 hashes and apply-now dispositions, and repaired the missing File Handoff completion record. | raw/system-archives/2026-05-08-symbiokinetic-content-intake-preservation.json, raw/system-archives/symbiokinetic/source-site-report-preservation/2026-05-08/agent-file-handoff/Content/, and wiki/sources/symbiokinetic-content-intake-preservation-2026-05-08.md. |
| Accepted source-site work | Confirmed the local Studio database now has the Symbiokinetic site title, AI Symbiokinetics Knowledgebase description, seed version 1.1.0, and 63 published page/post/resource records. | Symbiokinetic Source Memory Guide and wiki/logs/symbiokinetic-content-intake-2026-05-08.md. |
| Workflow defect | The site seed and theme work happened, but .uai/intake-index.uai still said active buckets were empty from setup, no dispositions or long-memory manifest existed, and the original files were left active. | wiki/concepts/symbiokinetic-source-memory.md and Symbiokinetic .uai/intake-index.uai. |
This intake does not make AIWikis the Symbiokinetic.com source authority, does not prove production deployment, and does not claim that Symbiokinetic AI or AI Symbiokinetics is a settled academic discipline.
Latest JustAnIota Strategic Positioning Intake
On 2026-05-08, JustAnIota.com processed three active Improvement reports about strategic positioning, AI ecosystem framing, early-stage launch posture, and technology display.
| Source Set | What Happened | Where To View |
|---|---|---|
| Three JustAnIota strategic-positioning reports | Preserved all three originals in AIWikis raw memory, recorded SHA-256 hashes and dispositions, and moved the source files through JustAnIota File Handoff after processing. | raw/system-archives/2026-05-08-justaniota-strategic-positioning-intake.json, raw/system-archives/justaniota/intake-processing/2026-05-08-strategic-positioning/agent-file-handoff/Improvement/, and JustAnIota Strategic Positioning Intake. |
| Accepted strategy slice | Converted the reports into source-site work: a strategic-positioning page, homepage cards, navigation, discovery metadata, sitemap updates, README/project guidance, press/governance/roadmap wording, and plugin/architecture technology-display boundaries. | JustAnIota about/strategic-positioning, .well-known/uaix.json, sitemap.xml, .uai/intake-digests.uai, and ARCHITECTURAL_LINGUISTIC_SYNTHESIS_ROADMAP.md. |
| Boundaries preserved | The accepted copy positions JustAnIota as compact AI-message middleware and the IOTA-1 authority/workbench while avoiding exact-translation, universal-language, certification, security-guarantee, hosted-enterprise, SDK/CLI, partnership, and UAI-1 authority claims. | JustAnIota Strategic Positioning Intake. |
This intake does not make AIWikis the JustAnIota source authority, does not prove production deployment, and does not create enterprise support, certification, hosted validation, SDK, CLI, security guarantee, partnership, exact translation, universal semantic language, or UAI-1 authority support. UAIX.org remains the UAI-1 authority.
Latest JustAnIota Short-Domain SEO And Release Sweep
On 2026-05-05, JustAnIota.com completed source-site outcome routing for the ɩ.com short-domain decision, social share metadata, locale-prefixed public URLs, and release package evidence. This was not a new dropped-file intake batch; it was a source-site correction and release-bound memory/package sweep after the human requested deletion of the separate short-domain codebase.
| Source Set | What Happened | Where To View | |
|---|---|---|---|
ɩ.com / JustAnIota single-codebase decision | Deleted the obsolete separate E:/Source/WP/JustAnIota/ɩ.com local install, kept ɩ.com as visible brand, kept JustAnIota.com as canonical host, and recorded that future agents must not recreate a second short-domain package. | raw/system-archives/2026-05-05-justaniota-short-domain-seo-release-sweep.json, wiki/sources/justaniota-short-domain-seo-release-2026-05-05.md, and wiki/logs/justaniota-short-domain-seo-release-2026-05-05.md. | |
| Locale and social metadata | Updated source-site discovery and theme state for /en-us/... human URLs, short-domain redirects, `ɩ.com | JustAnIota` social site name, stronger descriptions, and official social preview image metadata. | JustAnIota sitemap.xml, .well-known/uaix.json, site.webmanifest, .htaccess, and wp-content/themes/iota-authority-theme/functions.php, copied under raw/system-archives/justaniota/short-domain-seo-release/2026-05-05/current-source/. |
| Package and handoff evidence | Replaced the local ns12-locale-router copy from the UAIX-published ns12-locale-router-v2.7.0.zip, bumped the JustAnIota theme to 2.7.0-iota.4, refreshed active intake to zero records, and updated hot .uai memory. | raw/system-archives/justaniota/short-domain-seo-release/2026-05-05/current-source/.uai/ and JustAnIota Source Memory Guide. |
This sweep does not make AIWikis the JustAnIota source authority, does not prove production deployment, and does not create UAI-1 standards, validator, registry, conformance, certification, endorsement, hosted validation, SDK, or CLI support. UAIX.org remains the UAI-1 authority.
Latest JustAnIota Protocol5 WordPress Memory Export Intake
On 2026-05-04, JustAnIota.com processed three active Improvement reports about exporting Protocol5 local SQL Server embedding records into a WordPress-consumable memory package. The same dogfood pass found a setup defect: agent-file-handoff/Content/ and agent-file-handoff/Improvement/ were missing, and the reports had been dropped directly under agent-file-handoff/.
| Source Set | What Happened | Where To View |
|---|---|---|
| Protocol5 WordPress memory export reports | Copied all three originals into AIWikis raw memory, recorded SHA-256 hashes and dispositions, and moved the source files through JustAnIota File Handoff after processing. | raw/system-archives/2026-05-04-justaniota-protocol5-wordpress-memory-export-intake.json, raw/system-archives/justaniota/intake-processing/2026-05-04-protocol5-wordpress-memory-export/agent-file-handoff/Improvement/, and wiki/sources/justaniota-protocol5-wordpress-memory-export-2026-05-04.md. |
| Accepted architecture slice | Converted the reports into JustAnIota roadmap and hot-memory state: C# manifest plus sharded NDJSON/JSONL export, optional sidecars, WordPress custom-table import, lexical-first query, safe REST projection, private raw packages/vectors, checksum validation, and no live SQL Server from WordPress. | wiki/concepts/justaniota-protocol5-wordpress-memory-export.md, wiki/concepts/justaniota-bidirectional-semantic-converter-roadmap.md, and JustAnIota PROTOCOL5_IOTA1_DOTNET_ARCHITECTURE.md. |
| Setup defect and wizard hardening | Repaired the JustAnIota intake helper so missing buckets are created and root-level misplaced files are flagged. UAIX and LlmWikis wizard guidance now tells receivers to create or verify Content, Improvement, and Archive before drops and classify root files before intake refresh. | wiki/logs/justaniota-protocol5-wordpress-memory-export-2026-05-04.md, JustAnIota .uai/intake-digests.uai, UAIX AI Memory Package Wizard, and LlmWikis Setup Wizard. |
This intake does not make AIWikis the JustAnIota source authority, does not make Protocol5.com a UAI-1 standards authority, and does not create UAI conformance, certification, hosted validation, SDK, CLI, registry, or endorsement support. UAIX.org remains the UAI-1 authority.
Latest JustAnIota Memory Reorganization And EFF Wordlist Intake
On 2026-05-04, JustAnIota.com reorganized hot .uai memory and cleared one active Content intake file: eff_large_wordlist.txt. The file was preserved as raw public lexical source material only, with the official EFF source URL recorded.
| Source Set | What Happened | Where To View |
|---|---|---|
| JustAnIota active Content wordlist | Copied the 7,776-line wordlist into AIWikis raw memory, recorded SHA-256 sha256:addd35536511597a02fa0a9ff1e5284677b8883b83e986e43f15a3db996b903e, and moved the source file to the JustAnIota archive after processing. | raw/system-archives/2026-05-04-justaniota-eff-large-wordlist-intake.json, raw/system-archives/justaniota/intake-processing/2026-05-04-eff-large-wordlist/agent-file-handoff/Content/eff_large_wordlist.txt, and wiki/sources/justaniota-eff-large-wordlist-2026-05-04.md. |
| Hot memory reorganization | Reorganized JustAnIota .uai/memory.uai into source authority, load order, WordPress implementation, Protocol5 experiment, cold-memory evidence, and risk sections; added .uai/progress.uai to the AGENTS loaded-context list. | wiki/logs/justaniota-memory-reorganization-2026-05-04.md and JustAnIota .uai/memory.uai. |
| Model-specific encoding boundary | Recorded that there is no official model-independent AI encoding of the EFF Large Wordlist. Token IDs and embeddings must be generated per target model and recorded with model/build metadata. | JustAnIota ARCHITECTURAL_LINGUISTIC_SYNTHESIS_ROADMAP.md and wiki/concepts/justaniota-bidirectional-semantic-converter-roadmap.md. |
Official source URL: https://www.eff.org/files/2016/07/18/eff_large_wordlist.txt.
Latest JustAnIota Architectural And Linguistic Synthesis
On 2026-05-04, JustAnIota.com had 26 active Improvement files after accidental re-adds. Most were exact duplicates of prior processed reports. The meaningful new input covered the Protocol5 public-symbol atlas, .NET facade architecture, SQL Server vector retrieval, LM Studio local embeddings, Unicode/UCD/CLDR/Unihan descriptor evidence, and database-only gist fallback.
| Source Set | What Happened | Where To View |
|---|---|---|
| JustAnIota active re-added Improvement files | Copied all 26 active originals into AIWikis raw memory, recorded SHA-256 hashes and dispositions, and moved the source files to the JustAnIota archive after processing. | raw/system-archives/2026-05-04-justaniota-architectural-linguistic-synthesis-intake.json, raw/system-archives/justaniota/intake-processing/2026-05-04-architectural-linguistic-synthesis/agent-file-handoff/Improvement/, and wiki/sources/justaniota-architectural-linguistic-synthesis-2026-05-04.md. |
| Protocol5/open-symbol architecture reports | Converted into roadmap/progress state rather than copied verbatim. The accepted direction is public-symbol approximation: descriptor embeddings from UCD, CLDR emoji metadata, Unihan enrichment, approved grapheme or emoji sequences, English anchors, provenance, scores, and explicit no-exact-translation language. | wiki/concepts/justaniota-bidirectional-semantic-converter-roadmap.md, wiki/logs/justaniota-architectural-linguistic-synthesis-2026-05-04.md, and JustAnIota ARCHITECTURAL_LINGUISTIC_SYNTHESIS_ROADMAP.md. |
| Duplicate re-adds | Archived as duplicate evidence after prior-processing status was confirmed by checksum and existing memory records. | JustAnIota .uai/intake-digests.uai and the 2026-05-04 manifest. |
This synthesis does not make Unicode or ISO 10646 a universal semantic ontology, does not create an exact translation claim, does not make AIWikis the JustAnIota source authority, and does not turn NSM/UNL research scaffolding into an unreviewed proprietary registry.
Latest ɩ.com / JustAnIota Intake Processing Recovery
On 2026-05-03, ɩ.com / JustAnIota.com had 13 active Improvement files that should have been processed through File Handoff plus LLM Wiki memory. The failure was local: the JustAnIota package instructions did not make concrete work, hot-memory updates, AIWikis preservation, and archive cleanup explicit enough.
That gap is now closed for this batch.
| Source Set | What Happened | Where To View |
|---|---|---|
| JustAnIota active Improvement files | Copied all 13 originals into AIWikis raw memory, recorded SHA-256 hashes and dispositions, and moved the source files to the JustAnIota archive after processing. | raw/system-archives/2026-05-03-justaniota-intake-processing.json, raw/system-archives/justaniota/intake-processing/2026-05-03/agent-file-handoff/Improvement/, wiki/sources/justaniota-intake-processing-2026-05-03.md, and JustAnIota Source Memory Guide. |
| Keyless JSON and HTML extraction reports | Applied a concrete source-site slice by adding the JustAnIota HTML Keyless Extractor tool: raw DOM evidence, cleaned visible text, registry candidates, warnings, and positional keyless array output. | wiki/concepts/justaniota-compact-message-tooling.md, wiki/logs/justaniota-intake-processing-2026-05-03.md, and generated routes under /justaniota/ and /concepts/justaniota/. |
| Local File Handoff plus LLM Wiki instructions | Updated JustAnIota hot memory so memory routing alone is not completion. Accepted files now require concrete source-site work or durable no-change/defer/block evidence before leaving active intake. | JustAnIota .uai/intake-digests.uai, .uai/file-handoff.uai, .uai/progress.uai, AGENTS.md, AGENT_FILE_HANDOFF_PLAN.md, and LLM_WIKI_MEMORY_PLAN.md. |
This recovery preserves provenance and retrieval under the ɩ.com / JustAnIota.com source system. It does not make AIWikis the JustAnIota source authority, does not create automatic LLM Wiki sync, and does not make Unicode, ISO 10646, PUA, HTML, embeddings, or hashes into semantic authority. UAIX.org remains the UAI-1 authority.
For the public source-system entry, read JustAnIota.com / ɩ.com Source Memory.
Latest LlmWikis Recent Work Sweep
On 2026-05-03, AIWikis checked whether the last couple days of LlmWikis roadmap, agentic-agent guidance, orchestration, starter-bundle, support-escalation, route/discovery, and test work had landed in long-term memory.
The answer was partial. AIWikis already preserved LlmWikis internal-memory and processed-report work through 2026-05-01, but it did not yet have one dated digest for the newer May 2-3 LlmWikis outcomes. That gap is now closed.
| Source Set | What Happened | Where To View |
|---|---|---|
Current LlmWikis handoff and .uai state | Copied AGENTS.md, readme.human, and 14 current .uai records so future agents can recover the latest agentic orchestration, support escalation, starter-bundle, route, test, and support-boundary state without treating older cold-memory snapshots as current. | raw/system-archives/2026-05-03-llmwikis-recent-work-sweep.json, raw/system-archives/llmwikis/recent-work-sweep/2026-05-03/, and wiki/sources/llmwikis-recent-work-sweep-2026-05-03.md. |
| Current public/discovery/test sources | Copied the public theme guide implementation, For AI Agents guidance, starter-bundle registry, theme version metadata, llms.txt, sitemap.xml, and focused public-surface/starter-bundle regression tests. | wiki/concepts/llmwikis-agentic-orchestration-support-current-state.md and wiki/logs/llmwikis-recent-work-sweep-2026-05-03.md. |
| LlmWikis 2026-05-02 roadmap input original | Copied Where we go from here LLMWikis.md, which LlmWikis dispositioned as convert-into-roadmap-progress for gated ecosystem and agentic roadmap work. | raw/system-archives/llmwikis/recent-work-sweep/2026-05-03/agent-file-handoff/Archive/Where we go from here LLMWikis.md. |
The new digest records the current LlmWikis agentic behavior: /guides/llm-wiki-agentic-orchestration/ explains role split, task packets, evidence destinations, staged updates, and review gates; /for-ai-agents/ carries a compact Agentic Orchestration Mode; and the starter bundle now includes ORCHESTRATION_RUNBOOK.md, TASK_PACKET_TEMPLATE.md, and SUPPORT_ESCALATION_CHECKLIST.md.
This sweep preserves provenance and retrieval. It does not make AIWikis the LlmWikis handbook source and does not create public MCP support, A2A implementation, write API support, trace exporter support, live evaluation integration, managed runtime, SDK, CLI, certification, endorsement, deployment, automatic ingestion, automatic publication, or managed-service support.
Latest UAIX Recent Work Sweep
On 2026-05-03, AIWikis checked whether the last couple days of UAIX wizard, File Handoff, optional LLM Wiki, roadmap, agentic-system, language, deployment-check, and intake work had landed in long-term memory.
The answer was partial. AIWikis already preserved earlier UAIX internal-memory and processed-report work through 2026-05-01, but it did not yet have one dated digest for the newer May 2-3 UAIX outcomes. That gap is now closed.
| Source Set | What Happened | Where To View |
|---|---|---|
Current UAIX handoff and .uai state | Copied AGENTS.md, readme.human, and eight current .uai records so future agents can recover the latest wizard, Agent File Handoff, LLM Wiki, roadmap, operations, test-plan, and progress state without loading stale cold-memory snapshots first. | raw/system-archives/2026-05-03-uaix-recent-work-sweep.json, raw/system-archives/uaix/recent-work-sweep/2026-05-03/, and wiki/sources/uaix-recent-work-sweep-2026-05-03.md. |
| Current wizard, roadmap, and test sources | Copied the current AI Memory Package Wizard PHP/JS implementation, focused bundle regression test, canonical roadmap, and roadmap JSON payload. | wiki/concepts/uaix-wizard-file-handoff-llm-wiki-current-state.md and wiki/logs/uaix-recent-work-sweep-2026-05-03.md. |
| UAIX 2026-05-02 processed intake originals | Copied eight already-dispositioned source files, including agentic-harness strategy, homepage/wizard UX research, six-month strategy, duplicate intake, a blocked unrelated pivot report, and report-discipline input. | raw/system-archives/uaix/recent-work-sweep/2026-05-03/agent-file-handoff/Archive/2026-05-02/. |
The new digest records the current UAIX wizard behavior: the plain wizard route defaults to Base setup; fragment URLs preselect Agent File Handoff, LLM Wiki, or both; point_agent_urls appears in the visitor-AI digest; Agent File Handoff can generate AGENT_FILE_HANDOFF_PLAN.md; and LLM Wiki setup asks for or discovers the wiki root URL or repository path, index, log or evidence path, and promotion owner before using wiki memory.
This sweep preserves provenance and retrieval. It does not make AIWikis the UAIX source of truth and does not create hosted import validation, automatic repository writes, automatic LLM Wiki sync, SDK, CLI, certification, endorsement, deployment, official adapter support, or conformance approval.
Latest Protocol5 Report And Improvement Preservation
On 2026-05-02, Protocol5.com had four active Improvement screenshots and several report or modernization documents that needed durable long-memory preservation. AIWikis copied the selected originals into source-side raw memory, wrote a checksum manifest, and added compiled retrieval nodes so future agents can inspect history without treating raw files as live public truth.
| Source Set | What Happened | Where To View |
|---|---|---|
| Protocol5 active Improvement design screenshots | Copied four design screenshots into AIWikis raw memory, recorded each SHA-256 hash, dispositioned them as convert-into-roadmap-progress, and moved the source drops into the Protocol5 archive. | raw/system-archives/2026-05-02-protocol5-report-preservation.json, raw/system-archives/protocol5/report-preservation/2026-05-02/, and wiki/sources/protocol5-report-preservation-2026-05-02.md. |
| Protocol5 archived reports and modernization docs | Copied eight report/reference files covering site audit, ASP.NET modernization, interaction systems, UAI .NET Hub modernization, executive strategy, and historical Spiralism context. | raw/system-archives/2026-05-02-protocol5-report-preservation.json, wiki/logs/protocol5-report-preservation-2026-05-02.md, and Protocol5.com Source Memory Guide. |
| Protocol5 build unblock | Confirmed the local build failure was caused by a stale Protocol5.com.Host process locking a Debug output DLL, not by a source-code compile error. | Protocol5 .uai/progress.uai records the build unblock; local build checks must still be used for current evidence. |
This preservation pass does not make AIWikis the Protocol5 source of truth, does not make Protocol5 the UAI-1 standards authority, and does not turn design screenshots or research reports into support, conformance, certification, or endorsement claims.

On 2026-05-01, AIWikis audited the UAIX and LlmWikis source-site archive work from the same day and found one remaining preservation gap: AIWikis had summaries, hot-context transfer evidence, and staged LlmWikis outcome artifacts, but did not yet have one direct copy/hash manifest covering every original processed report and supporting intake artifact.
That gap is now closed.
| Source Set | What Happened | Where To View |
|---|---|---|
| UAIX 2026-05-01 archive files | Copied 19 already-processed UAIX archive files into AIWikis raw memory, including Improvement reports, cross-tool handoff reports, OpenAI/Project Handoff reports, AI Memory Package Wizard reports, and supporting wizard/agent screenshots. | raw/system-archives/2026-05-01-source-site-report-preservation.json, raw/system-archives/uaix/source-site-report-preservation/2026-05-01/, and wiki/sources/source-site-report-preservation-2026-05-01.md. |
| LlmWikis 2026-05-01 promoted integration archive | Copied 19 LlmWikis archive files into AIWikis raw memory, including original integration reports, Codex completion/promotion reports, publication planning, processed inventory, and staged-site drafts. | raw/system-archives/2026-05-01-source-site-report-preservation.json, raw/system-archives/llmwikis/source-site-report-preservation/2026-05-01/, and wiki/concepts/source-site-report-preservation.md. |
The preservation rule is now explicit: public-safe summaries and staged outputs are not enough when AIWikis is expected to be the final long-memory home. The original processed files need a raw-memory destination, file count, checksum manifest, and discoverable source/concept/log nodes.
Latest LlmWikis Outcome Routing Correction
On 2026-05-01, LLMWikis.org processed eight active Improvement reports about LLM Wiki, UAI AI Memory, UAI Project Handoff, Codex, Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini, and layered publishing.
The source-site processing created a staged LLMWikis review package. It did not automatically create public AIWikis.org changes, because AIWikis had no required follow-up step for source-site staged outcomes. That was the workflow gap.
| Source Set | What Happened | Where To View |
|---|---|---|
| LLMWikis integration Improvement reports | Converted into a source-site staged inventory, publication plan, completion report, and draft pages for human review. Original reports remain source-site review inputs and are not public truth by default. | LLMWikis source-site paths: agent-file-handoff/Improvement/PROCESSED_IMPROVEMENT_INVENTORY.md, LLMWIKIS_PUBLICATION_PLAN.md, CODEX_COMPLETION_REPORT.md, and staged-site-drafts/. |
| AIWikis routing correction | Added an explicit public rule: source-site processing changes AIWikis only after an outcome-routing pass that records what changed, what stayed staged, and what still needs review. | Source-Site Outcome Routing, LLMWikis.org Source Memory Guide, Cross-Site Memory Atlas, and Source Memory Operations Playbook. |
This correction preserves the governance boundary: staged LLMWikis drafts are candidate handbook improvements, not live AIWikis truth, public API claims, MCP support, certification, automatic sync, or automatic publication.
Latest LlmWikis Internal Memory Reorganization
On 2026-05-01, LlmWikis copied bulky internal handoff history into AIWikis long-term memory so routine LlmWikis agent pickup can load a smaller active handoff bundle.
| Source Set | What Happened | Where To View |
|---|---|---|
LlmWikis hot-handoff snapshots and loaded .uai records | Copied 16 files into AIWikis raw system memory with SHA-256 hashes, then slimmed LlmWikis hot-context records so public handbook guidance and repo-local practice teach the same hot/cold memory pattern. | raw/system-archives/2026-05-01-llmwikis-internal-memory-reorg.json, wiki/sources/llmwikis-internal-memory-reorg-2026-05-01.md, wiki/concepts/llmwikis-active-context-diet.md, and wiki/logs/llmwikis-internal-memory-reorg-2026-05-01.md. |
This is an internal memory-diet outcome, not a new public LlmWikis or UAIX support claim. LlmWikis.org remains the handbook source for LLM Wiki practice. UAIX.org remains canonical for UAI-1 and Project Handoff authority.
Latest UAIX Internal Memory Reorganization
On 2026-05-01, UAIX copied bulky internal knowledge into AIWikis long-term memory so routine UAIX agent pickup can load a smaller active handoff bundle.
| Source Set | What Happened | Where To View |
|---|---|---|
| UAIX hot-handoff snapshots and large internal research notes | Copied 23 files into AIWikis raw system memory with SHA-256 hashes, then slimmed UAIX hot-context records and replaced selected large research notes with source stubs. | raw/system-archives/2026-05-01-uaix-internal-memory-reorg.json, wiki/sources/uaix-internal-memory-reorg-2026-05-01.md, wiki/concepts/uaix-active-context-diet.md, and wiki/logs/uaix-internal-memory-reorg-2026-05-01.md. |
This is an internal memory-diet outcome, not a new public UAIX support claim. UAIX.org remains canonical for UAI-1, Project Handoff, AI Memory, validator behavior, packages, roadmap, governance, and public support boundaries.
Latest UAIX Intake Outcomes
These records came from UAIX.org active Improvement intake on 2026-04-30. UAIX processed the files first, moved them to its archive, and copied them into AIWikis raw system memory for long-term preservation.
| Dropped File | What Happened | Where To View |
|---|---|---|
Enhancing AI Wiki Long-Term Memory.md | Applied the core requirement as a bounded AIWikis memory workflow: raw archive preservation, public-safe outcome feedback, compiled source/concept/log nodes, graph records, lessons, recommendations, and durable progress/decision state. | This page, System Memory Archive, and source-side wiki nodes wiki/sources/uaix-long-term-memory-reports-2026-04-30.md, wiki/concepts/intake-outcome-ledger.md, and wiki/logs/intake-outcome-ledger-2026-04-30.md. |
UAIX Homepage and AI Memory Wizard Improvement Report.md | Applied the user-visible status feedback requirement now and recorded homepage/wizard suggestions as roadmap and product observations. UAIX source already has homepage AI Memory task lanes, a Package Wizard hook, receiver briefs, startup packets, and optional LLM Wiki plans; persistent wizard state, internal event ledgers, queue workers, and automatic AIWikis writes remain future work. | This page, System Memory Archive, raw/system-archives/2026-04-30-uaix-aiwiki-long-term-memory-ingest.json, and the compiled wiki nodes listed above. |

- AIWikis added a public-safe outcome page so the result is visible to humans.
- AIWikis added compiled wiki source, concept, and log nodes so future agents can retrieve the durable memory without rereading raw reports by default.
- AIWikis updated the System Memory Archive, lessons, recommendation adjustments, graph records, progress, and decisions.
Deferred Or Blocked
The reports include useful future ideas, but these are not current support claims:
- No automatic repository writes.
- No automatic LLM Wiki sync service.
- No hosted public upload or import validator.
- No queue, cron, or daemon requirement in the base Agent File Handoff pattern.
- No certification, endorsement, or legal guarantee from archive ingestion.
How To Use This Page
When a future file is digested, update this ledger or a successor page with the file name, disposition, raw-memory location, public-safe summary, blocked/deferred claims, and exact view path. If the result changes UAIX public truth, UAIX must still promote it into UAIX .uai, docs, code, release notes, roadmap, machine artifacts, or public pages. AIWikis memory alone is not UAIX authority.
