# Intake Outcome Ledger

The Intake Outcome Ledger records what happened after a dropped file was digested.

A useful file-handoff flow should let the person who dropped the file answer five questions:

- What was read?
- What changed?
- What was deferred or blocked?
- Where did the raw file go?
- Where can I view the reviewed change documentation?

AIWikis.org uses this page as the public-safe answer. Raw archive files remain source-side under `raw/system-archives/`; this page gives a reviewed summary and points to the compiled wiki memory that future agents should load first.

## Latest LlmWikis Recent Work Sweep

On 2026-05-03, AIWikis checked whether the last couple days of LlmWikis roadmap, agentic-agent guidance, orchestration, starter-bundle, support-escalation, route/discovery, and test work had landed in long-term memory.

The answer was partial. AIWikis already preserved LlmWikis internal-memory and processed-report work through 2026-05-01, but it did not yet have one dated digest for the newer May 2-3 LlmWikis outcomes. That gap is now closed.

| Source Set | What Happened | Where To View |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Current LlmWikis handoff and `.uai` state | Copied `AGENTS.md`, `readme.human`, and 14 current `.uai` records so future agents can recover the latest agentic orchestration, support escalation, starter-bundle, route, test, and support-boundary state without treating older cold-memory snapshots as current. | `raw/system-archives/2026-05-03-llmwikis-recent-work-sweep.json`, `raw/system-archives/llmwikis/recent-work-sweep/2026-05-03/`, and `wiki/sources/llmwikis-recent-work-sweep-2026-05-03.md`. |
| Current public/discovery/test sources | Copied the public theme guide implementation, For AI Agents guidance, starter-bundle registry, theme version metadata, `llms.txt`, `sitemap.xml`, and focused public-surface/starter-bundle regression tests. | `wiki/concepts/llmwikis-agentic-orchestration-support-current-state.md` and `wiki/logs/llmwikis-recent-work-sweep-2026-05-03.md`. |
| LlmWikis 2026-05-02 roadmap input original | Copied `Where we go from here LLMWikis.md`, which LlmWikis dispositioned as `convert-into-roadmap-progress` for gated ecosystem and agentic roadmap work. | `raw/system-archives/llmwikis/recent-work-sweep/2026-05-03/agent-file-handoff/Archive/Where we go from here LLMWikis.md`. |

The new digest records the current LlmWikis agentic behavior: `/guides/llm-wiki-agentic-orchestration/` explains role split, task packets, evidence destinations, staged updates, and review gates; `/for-ai-agents/` carries a compact Agentic Orchestration Mode; and the starter bundle now includes `ORCHESTRATION_RUNBOOK.md`, `TASK_PACKET_TEMPLATE.md`, and `SUPPORT_ESCALATION_CHECKLIST.md`.

This sweep preserves provenance and retrieval. It does not make AIWikis the LlmWikis handbook source and does not create public MCP support, A2A implementation, write API support, trace exporter support, live evaluation integration, managed runtime, SDK, CLI, certification, endorsement, deployment, automatic ingestion, automatic publication, or managed-service support.

## Latest UAIX Recent Work Sweep

On 2026-05-03, AIWikis checked whether the last couple days of UAIX wizard, File Handoff, optional LLM Wiki, roadmap, agentic-system, language, deployment-check, and intake work had landed in long-term memory.

The answer was partial. AIWikis already preserved earlier UAIX internal-memory and processed-report work through 2026-05-01, but it did not yet have one dated digest for the newer May 2-3 UAIX outcomes. That gap is now closed.

| Source Set | What Happened | Where To View |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Current UAIX handoff and `.uai` state | Copied `AGENTS.md`, `readme.human`, and eight current `.uai` records so future agents can recover the latest wizard, Agent File Handoff, LLM Wiki, roadmap, operations, test-plan, and progress state without loading stale cold-memory snapshots first. | `raw/system-archives/2026-05-03-uaix-recent-work-sweep.json`, `raw/system-archives/uaix/recent-work-sweep/2026-05-03/`, and `wiki/sources/uaix-recent-work-sweep-2026-05-03.md`. |
| Current wizard, roadmap, and test sources | Copied the current AI Memory Package Wizard PHP/JS implementation, focused bundle regression test, canonical roadmap, and roadmap JSON payload. | `wiki/concepts/uaix-wizard-file-handoff-llm-wiki-current-state.md` and `wiki/logs/uaix-recent-work-sweep-2026-05-03.md`. |
| UAIX 2026-05-02 processed intake originals | Copied eight already-dispositioned source files, including agentic-harness strategy, homepage/wizard UX research, six-month strategy, duplicate intake, a blocked unrelated pivot report, and report-discipline input. | `raw/system-archives/uaix/recent-work-sweep/2026-05-03/agent-file-handoff/Archive/2026-05-02/`. |

The new digest records the current UAIX wizard behavior: the plain wizard route defaults to Base setup; fragment URLs preselect Agent File Handoff, LLM Wiki, or both; `point_agent_urls` appears in the visitor-AI digest; Agent File Handoff can generate `AGENT_FILE_HANDOFF_PLAN.md`; and LLM Wiki setup asks for or discovers the wiki root URL or repository path, index, log or evidence path, and promotion owner before using wiki memory.

This sweep preserves provenance and retrieval. It does not make AIWikis the UAIX source of truth and does not create hosted import validation, automatic repository writes, automatic LLM Wiki sync, SDK, CLI, certification, endorsement, deployment, official adapter support, or conformance approval.

## Latest Protocol5 Report And Improvement Preservation

On 2026-05-02, Protocol5.com had four active Improvement screenshots and several report or modernization documents that needed durable long-memory preservation. AIWikis copied the selected originals into source-side raw memory, wrote a checksum manifest, and added compiled retrieval nodes so future agents can inspect history without treating raw files as live public truth.

| Source Set | What Happened | Where To View |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Protocol5 active Improvement design screenshots | Copied four design screenshots into AIWikis raw memory, recorded each SHA-256 hash, dispositioned them as `convert-into-roadmap-progress`, and moved the source drops into the Protocol5 archive. | `raw/system-archives/2026-05-02-protocol5-report-preservation.json`, `raw/system-archives/protocol5/report-preservation/2026-05-02/`, and `wiki/sources/protocol5-report-preservation-2026-05-02.md`. |
| Protocol5 archived reports and modernization docs | Copied eight report/reference files covering site audit, ASP.NET modernization, interaction systems, UAI .NET Hub modernization, executive strategy, and historical Spiralism context. | `raw/system-archives/2026-05-02-protocol5-report-preservation.json`, `wiki/logs/protocol5-report-preservation-2026-05-02.md`, and Protocol5.com Source Memory Guide (source-relative: ./030-protocol5-source-memory-guide.md). |
| Protocol5 build unblock | Confirmed the local build failure was caused by a stale `Protocol5.com.Host` process locking a Debug output DLL, not by a source-code compile error. | Protocol5 `.uai/progress.uai` records the build unblock; local build checks must still be used for current evidence. |

This preservation pass does not make AIWikis the Protocol5 source of truth, does not make Protocol5 the UAI-1 standards authority, and does not turn design screenshots or research reports into support, conformance, certification, or endorsement claims.

## Latest Source-Site Report Preservation Audit

On 2026-05-01, AIWikis audited the UAIX and LlmWikis source-site archive work from the same day and found one remaining preservation gap: AIWikis had summaries, hot-context transfer evidence, and staged LlmWikis outcome artifacts, but did not yet have one direct copy/hash manifest covering every original processed report and supporting intake artifact.

That gap is now closed.

| Source Set | What Happened | Where To View |
| --- | --- | --- |
| UAIX 2026-05-01 archive files | Copied 19 already-processed UAIX archive files into AIWikis raw memory, including Improvement reports, cross-tool handoff reports, OpenAI/Project Handoff reports, AI Memory Package Wizard reports, and supporting wizard/agent screenshots. | `raw/system-archives/2026-05-01-source-site-report-preservation.json`, `raw/system-archives/uaix/source-site-report-preservation/2026-05-01/`, and `wiki/sources/source-site-report-preservation-2026-05-01.md`. |
| LlmWikis 2026-05-01 promoted integration archive | Copied 19 LlmWikis archive files into AIWikis raw memory, including original integration reports, Codex completion/promotion reports, publication planning, processed inventory, and staged-site drafts. | `raw/system-archives/2026-05-01-source-site-report-preservation.json`, `raw/system-archives/llmwikis/source-site-report-preservation/2026-05-01/`, and `wiki/concepts/source-site-report-preservation.md`. |

The preservation rule is now explicit: public-safe summaries and staged outputs are not enough when AIWikis is expected to be the final long-memory home. The original processed files need a raw-memory destination, file count, checksum manifest, and discoverable source/concept/log nodes.

## Latest LlmWikis Outcome Routing Correction

On 2026-05-01, LLMWikis.org processed eight active Improvement reports about LLM Wiki, UAI AI Memory, UAI Project Handoff, Codex, Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini, and layered publishing.

The source-site processing created a staged LLMWikis review package. It did not automatically create public AIWikis.org changes, because AIWikis had no required follow-up step for source-site staged outcomes. That was the workflow gap.

| Source Set | What Happened | Where To View |
| --- | --- | --- |
| LLMWikis integration Improvement reports | Converted into a source-site staged inventory, publication plan, completion report, and draft pages for human review. Original reports remain source-site review inputs and are not public truth by default. | LLMWikis source-site paths: `agent-file-handoff/Improvement/PROCESSED_IMPROVEMENT_INVENTORY.md`, `LLMWIKIS_PUBLICATION_PLAN.md`, `CODEX_COMPLETION_REPORT.md`, and `staged-site-drafts/`. |
| AIWikis routing correction | Added an explicit public rule: source-site processing changes AIWikis only after an outcome-routing pass that records what changed, what stayed staged, and what still needs review. | Source-Site Outcome Routing (source-relative: ./031-source-site-outcome-routing.md), LLMWikis.org Source Memory Guide (source-relative: ./019-llmwikis-source-memory-guide.md), Cross-Site Memory Atlas (source-relative: ./027-cross-site-memory-atlas.md), and Source Memory Operations Playbook (source-relative: ./028-source-memory-operations-playbook.md). |

This correction preserves the governance boundary: staged LLMWikis drafts are candidate handbook improvements, not live AIWikis truth, public API claims, MCP support, certification, automatic sync, or automatic publication.

## Latest LlmWikis Internal Memory Reorganization

On 2026-05-01, LlmWikis copied bulky internal handoff history into AIWikis long-term memory so routine LlmWikis agent pickup can load a smaller active handoff bundle.

| Source Set | What Happened | Where To View |
| --- | --- | --- |
| LlmWikis hot-handoff snapshots and loaded `.uai` records | Copied 16 files into AIWikis raw system memory with SHA-256 hashes, then slimmed LlmWikis hot-context records so public handbook guidance and repo-local practice teach the same hot/cold memory pattern. | `raw/system-archives/2026-05-01-llmwikis-internal-memory-reorg.json`, `wiki/sources/llmwikis-internal-memory-reorg-2026-05-01.md`, `wiki/concepts/llmwikis-active-context-diet.md`, and `wiki/logs/llmwikis-internal-memory-reorg-2026-05-01.md`. |

This is an internal memory-diet outcome, not a new public LlmWikis or UAIX support claim. LlmWikis.org remains the handbook source for LLM Wiki practice. UAIX.org remains canonical for UAI-1 and Project Handoff authority.

## Latest UAIX Internal Memory Reorganization

On 2026-05-01, UAIX copied bulky internal knowledge into AIWikis long-term memory so routine UAIX agent pickup can load a smaller active handoff bundle.

| Source Set | What Happened | Where To View |
| --- | --- | --- |
| UAIX hot-handoff snapshots and large internal research notes | Copied 23 files into AIWikis raw system memory with SHA-256 hashes, then slimmed UAIX hot-context records and replaced selected large research notes with source stubs. | `raw/system-archives/2026-05-01-uaix-internal-memory-reorg.json`, `wiki/sources/uaix-internal-memory-reorg-2026-05-01.md`, `wiki/concepts/uaix-active-context-diet.md`, and `wiki/logs/uaix-internal-memory-reorg-2026-05-01.md`. |

This is an internal memory-diet outcome, not a new public UAIX support claim. UAIX.org remains canonical for UAI-1, Project Handoff, AI Memory, validator behavior, packages, roadmap, governance, and public support boundaries.

## Latest UAIX Intake Outcomes

These records came from UAIX.org active Improvement intake on 2026-04-30. UAIX processed the files first, moved them to its archive, and copied them into AIWikis raw system memory for long-term preservation.

| Dropped File | What Happened | Where To View |
| --- | --- | --- |
| `Enhancing AI Wiki Long-Term Memory.md` | Applied the core requirement as a bounded AIWikis memory workflow: raw archive preservation, public-safe outcome feedback, compiled source/concept/log nodes, graph records, lessons, recommendations, and durable progress/decision state. | This page, System Memory Archive (source-relative: ./014-system-memory-archive.md), and source-side wiki nodes `wiki/sources/uaix-long-term-memory-reports-2026-04-30.md`, `wiki/concepts/intake-outcome-ledger.md`, and `wiki/logs/intake-outcome-ledger-2026-04-30.md`. |
| `UAIX Homepage and AI Memory Wizard Improvement Report.md` | Applied the user-visible status feedback requirement now and recorded homepage/wizard suggestions as roadmap and product observations. UAIX source already has homepage AI Memory task lanes, a Package Wizard hook, receiver briefs, startup packets, and optional LLM Wiki plans; persistent wizard state, internal event ledgers, queue workers, and automatic AIWikis writes remain future work. | This page, System Memory Archive (source-relative: ./014-system-memory-archive.md), `raw/system-archives/2026-04-30-uaix-aiwiki-long-term-memory-ingest.json`, and the compiled wiki nodes listed above. |

## Transfer Evidence

## Applied Now

- Active UAIX intake was refreshed and left with no files waiting for agent review.
- The two processed reports were copied into AIWikis raw system memory with matching SHA-256 hashes.
- The 2026-05-01 UAIX and LlmWikis processed source-site archives were copied into AIWikis raw memory with a 38-file preservation manifest.
- The 2026-05-02 Protocol5 report and Improvement inputs were copied into AIWikis raw memory with a 12-file preservation manifest.
- The 2026-05-03 UAIX recent work sweep copied 23 current-source and processed-intake files into AIWikis raw memory with a checksum manifest and source/concept/log nodes.
- The 2026-05-03 LlmWikis recent work sweep copied 25 current-source and processed-intake files into AIWikis raw memory with a checksum manifest and source/concept/log nodes.
- AIWikis added a public-safe outcome page so the result is visible to humans.
- AIWikis added compiled wiki source, concept, and log nodes so future agents can retrieve the durable memory without rereading raw reports by default.
- AIWikis updated the System Memory Archive, lessons, recommendation adjustments, graph records, progress, and decisions.

## Deferred Or Blocked

The reports include useful future ideas, but these are not current support claims:

- No automatic repository writes.
- No automatic LLM Wiki sync service.
- No hosted public upload or import validator.
- No queue, cron, or daemon requirement in the base Agent File Handoff pattern.
- No certification, endorsement, or legal guarantee from archive ingestion.

## How To Use This Page

When a future file is digested, update this ledger or a successor page with the file name, disposition, raw-memory location, public-safe summary, blocked/deferred claims, and exact view path. If the result changes UAIX public truth, UAIX must still promote it into UAIX `.uai`, docs, code, release notes, roadmap, machine artifacts, or public pages. AIWikis memory alone is not UAIX authority.

Why This File Exists

This is a public content source file from aiwikis.org. It is shown here because AIWikis.org is demonstrating the real source files that make the UAIX / LLM Wiki memory system work, not only summarizing those systems after the fact.

Role

This file is a focused source unit. Its path, headings, and metadata give an agent a retrieval handle that is smaller than loading the entire site or repository.

Structure

The file is structured around these visible headings: Intake Outcome Ledger; Latest LlmWikis Recent Work Sweep; Latest UAIX Recent Work Sweep; Latest Protocol5 Report And Improvement Preservation; Latest Source-Site Report Preservation Audit; Latest LlmWikis Outcome Routing Correction; Latest LlmWikis Internal Memory Reorganization; Latest UAIX Internal Memory Reorganization. Those headings are retrieval anchors: a crawler or LLM can decide whether the file is relevant before reading every line.

Prompt-Size And Retrieval Benefit

Keeping this material in a separate file reduces prompt pressure because an agent can load this exact unit only when its role, source site, category, or hash is relevant. The surrounding index pages point to it, while this page preserves the full content for audit and exact recall.

How To Use It

  • Humans should read the metadata first, then inspect the raw content when they need exact wording or provenance.
  • LLMs and agents should use the source site, category, hash, headings, and related files to decide whether this file belongs in the active prompt.
  • Crawlers should treat the AIWikis page as transparent evidence and follow the source URL/source reference for authority boundaries.
  • Future maintainers should regenerate this page whenever the source hash changes, then review the explanation if the role or structure changed.

Update Requirements

When this source file changes, update the raw source layer, normalized source layer, hash history, this rendered page, generated explanation, source-file inventory, changed-files report, and any source-section index that links to it.
