Boundaries

IOTA-1 remains approximate semantic conversion, not exact translation, codec, lossless decode, certification, or endorsement. Unicode code points do not assign JustAnIota meanings by themselves; current meanings come from reviewed public descriptors, public glyphs, and traceable registry records. Private-use characters, noncharacters, unsupported invisible formats, secrets, private customer data, and hidden codebooks remain excluded.
